Life can be busy with a shyt ton of responsibilities and a bunch of other shyt you want to include like enjoying hobbies and improving your skills.

I can do a few things during the day like work out, go to work, do school work and I be feeling motivated to continue putting in work.

But as soon as I leave the library or work and I get home around 6-7pmish my body and mind just go into fukk it, I'm exhausted mode.

Don't ever feel like doing shyt but laying down and resting recently but at the same time I feel like shyt because I could be doing something productive.

How do you guys schedule your day or increase your energy so you have the motivation to do shyt later on in the evening?

Good diet and fitness. Ain’t no other way around it tbh especially if you working long hours. I’m in the same boat, I fell off on my fitness but when I was in the gym I was rarely as exhausted during work days. I’m wiped out by the time I get home, barely enough energy or motivation to play a video game…but I know what I have to do :sadcam:

I find it easier to not multitask. Meaning that I do not think about work during leisure. I do not think about leisure when it's time to work. Mixing the two causes me to not do either optimally. Oftentimes I would find that when I had a whole bunch of conflicting things to do, I would just not get much of anything done. Thus, I pick something of the list and and only focus on that and do things one at a time when that is possible.
