EA’s CFO reveals Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 5 will release before Christmas | Games INTEL

While speaking at a Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecom Conference, EA’s CFO recently revealed that both Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 5 will release some time before Christmas. He also revealed that Mass Effect Andromeda was delayed to 2017…

“WE’VE GOT A GREAT YEAR AHEAD. WE’VE GOT OUR BATTLEFIELD FIRST-PERSON SHOOTER GAME COMING IN THE THIRD QUARTER, AND OUR THIRD-PARTY TITLE THAT RESPAWN, OUR PARTNER, BUILT, IT’S CALLED TITANFALL. IT’S THE SECOND TITLE THAT THEY BROUGHT INTO THAT BRAND,” HE SAID. “BOTH OF THOSE ARE FIRST-PERSON SHOOTERS AND WILL BE TARGETED AROUND THE FAST, ACTION-DRIVEN SHOOTER MARKET, AS WELL AS THE STRATEGY-DRIVEN MARKET IN THAT QUARTER…”

Titanfall 2 I think they got this one. No previous generation holding them back and they could broaden the diversity of mechs and weapons.

BF5. EA had to bring in a whole another studio on some CoD shyt to fix the game. WW1 rumors sound dumb, modern combat is and future warfare is becoming bloated.

future warfare can be nice if they set it in the distant future and not the near future(like CoD)
