Sleep is everything, and the last couple of weeks I've been sleep deprived; this shyt affects me hardcore as I have ADHD: inability to concentrate, moody, body aches, brain fog. The other day I almost knocked out while driving.

Exercise only helps a little bit but the main thing that helps for me is trail mix/nuts.

A couple handfuls of trail mix a day has me completely :deadmanny:. Went from 4-5 hours of sleep to 6-7 hours of heavy sleep over the past 3 days, I was taking afternoon naps on the weekend; that's how dead I was. Share you're tips for the sleep deprived brehs.

Trail mix is the truth though.

My sleep been fukked up the last 2 nights

but mines been to neighbors making noise 3 in the morning and I shouldn’t ate shyt before going to bed
