Those Tigers were just trying check him out and don't look full grown (might be Bengals or Indochinese and not Siberians)
I'm a lion person but Tigers are more muscular, weigh more, are stronger, have a higher bite strength, are faster, are less social, and are known to ACTIVELY hunt and kill humans.
Pretend it was a man. He's larger than you, can lift more, punches harder, is faster, is generally anti-social unless he's trying to get laid, and a fun Saturday Night for him is going to a club and beating people up.
Sure you could win if you had a weapon or if you and your boys jumped him, but do you like your chances one on one?
