These people hurt more than they help. A defense attorney would rip this case apart. There's a reason why the cops have specific divisions that handle these things. That sicko will be caught. You can by the cops reactions of like WTF? Also you don't know how people react.. he's putting himself in serious danger or lawsuit if he's wrong.
