I believe they are both black and white. However MANY people identify as "black" just some identify as "white". It appears to come down to where they where raised and by who. As well which side they have more of an affinity for.

I say mixed. Never met a biracial who said they were just white, they always say black or both. And most are raised by white single mothers.

I'm 28 from wv and used to call myself black but now nah and i have a white dad. Almost every other biracial i know, young and old, calls themselves black though.
