I recommend everyone buy this movie.
I haven't watched my copy in a minute.
That i need to pull it out for a viewing.
Plus it is a good time. To revisit this one because i don't remember rhe detail real well in this. So it is a great time to rewatch.
They don't make'eem this good any more.
Highly recommended.

Weird that this thread was made. I just watched this for the first time on Prime Video a couple weeks ago. I had heard of it before and maybe seen clips but I never saw the movie from beginning to end.
It's fire. It's got that classic 80s ruthlessness, scumbaggery and violence. Throw in some drugs, sex and whatever else
Backstabbers, informants, drug dealers, crooked agents, Secret Service agents doing whatever the fukk they want lol....
It's no holds barred in 80's L.A. and you can't make movies like this. They filmed it all over L.A. Imagine trying to do that now.
The lead William Petersen is the fukkin Dad I think from 'Fear' ? He was also a star on one of them shows, I think C.S.I. or something. I'm surprised he didn't become a bigger star. Of course Willem Dafoe is a maniac in this also

Yeah, the only things that’s missing is some racism. I guess there’s some of that in the opening scene lol.
