i ike antonina parker. she's a chef from london.
she does mostly vegetarian dishes. i don't care for too many black vegan/vegetarian chefs because many are just trying to recreate soul food dishes, which i'm fine with, but a lot still looks unhealthy. Now that I've gotten older, I like my food to look healthy and clean just as much as it is healthy and clean.
