NYC= 5 boros

Each borough is unique

Keep it a grand, most people stay in their borough and rarely move around like that outside the commute, random meet up, etc. therefore, a good majority can tell you about their neighborhood and maybe 3/4 neighborhoods surrounding it.

I say that to say, as someone in BK… underrated neighborhood…. Maybe Flatbush to outsiders. Everything else is already out there

Flatbush is the greatest neighborhood in NYC

No big NYCHA Projects

A lot of great food choices

Access to prospect park Wingate park

Flatbush has its own downtown area with Flatbush junction

Along with several different strips like Flatbush Ave nostrand Ave church Ave Utica and even Rodger’s which are filled with businesses and restaurants

So many different types of architecture in one neighborhood pre war buildings brownstones high rise apartments and even mini mansions

Flatbush so lit it has a bunch of sub neighborhoods

Flatbush is unique I agree with most except for the bolded ...also calling Flatbush Junction a "downtown" is diabolical work :russ:

Flatbush Junction has a Target, HomeGoods, Aldi’s, Foot Locker, Applebees, Chipotle, Popeyes , Starbucks , Dallas BBQ’s, Panda Express, 5 different Banks , Game stop , Blink Fitness, the post office and Fed Ex store, one of the oldest comic book shops in NYC and you can’t forget that Brooklyn College that comes with Whitman theater if you’re a fan of the arts, you want night life there’s 2 different lounges on opposite ends the junction and a major train line to head into Manhattan with express and local service takes you straight from junction along with 7 different bus lines and a zip car pick up location one block away from a gas Station :wow:

This just the beginning wait until we get that Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods :blessed:
