They are stealth tanking. Spurs can hide behind this but tanking is their true reason. I don't blame em. You don't want to be like the Mavs where you have this one elite guy with a bunch of role players who are too good for tanking, not good enough for contention (they did get Kyrie, but that is hard to find). Finding Wemby another guy outside of Vassell is the main goal.
