And where would fans want him to go. Obviously LA Lakers. I cant think off too many scenarios. PG Talent is pretty spread out in the league.

Id love to see him and Giannis in a backcourt though :wow:

I think he's either staying in OKC or going to the Clippers after Chris Paul leaves to go to the Spurs

Yeah, that's right.

from another thread, too bad this would require him waiting a year and becoming a free agent.:beli:

but Westbrook and Blake Griffin on the same team would be :blessed:

The dunks :ohlawd:

Whoever trades for him is going to require he sign an extension on the spot, unless a team wants to contend for 1 season. But with the warriors being so far ahead of the league the only teams that can trade for him and contend with GS are the spurs, cavs and clippers

I can honestly see the Celt is trading for him at the deadline for like....a couple of their 1sts, the Brooklyn pick, and Marcus Smart and JAE crowder.

But I obviously think Lakers are next up.

and the Pelicans would be contenders. but I dont think they have anyone worth trading.

76ers or Celtics make the most sense to me. They both have bigs to pair him with even though if you're the Sixers not sure you want to have someone taking the ball out of Simmons hands. Big problem with 76ers is that I don't think OKC would want or need any of their big men. I'd almost like to see a 3 way. Okafur and 1st to Boston, Westbrook to Philly, and the Brooklyn pick, Brown and Noel to OKC or something like that.

The Celtics have the assets necessary. Thomas/Brown/1st. I don't see Ainge trying to make Russ and Thomas coexist unless IT gonna go back to 6th man microwave which I doubt.

The problem is Westbrook is a rental and I do not see him staying in Boston. Like others said he's going to choose market and lifestyle over the organization. Lakers, Clippers, Heat, Knicks wI'll be his choes next summer. Celtics are a distant 5th.
