Santana was born in Upper Manhattan, New York to Dominican parents. His first screen appearance was as an extra in the Woody Allen film, The Purple Rose of Cairo.

Turns out, she was 15 at the time of his death (Merlin being 26), claimed false rape and only got 8 years of juvenile custody (that ain't shiit for putting a hit. Obviously... she got a hitta).
