- Both respectable coaches with complete opposite style of basketball. One stress defense to the core and the other is all high octane 7 secs or less offense.

- Thibs is demanding tough minded coach. Mike is a laid back “players coach”.

- Both had some success and flops with past teams and organizations: Bulls, Suns, Lakers, etc....

So which coach do you think is better and why? Who would you rather play for? Never mind the standings.

In today’s league give me Antoni. I really don’t think players like Thibs. Wolves already look sick of him. And I think he’s going to drive away Towns

Towns straight up looked miserable sitting there on the bench at the 4th qtr. Wolves are screwed if they don’t make the playoffs this year. Although I still think there good enough barring injury.

I remember when the Bulls were looking to hire D’Antoni right before Rose's MVP season. He chose the Knicks and we got Thibs. Rose won MVP and the Bulls went 62-20. I still wonder what type of numbers Rose would’ve put up in a D’Antoni offense.

Thibs was an innovator with his defensive philosophy to overload the strong side and ICE the PNR but now that everyone's using those schemes, he really has nothing else to offer. He's never been a great offensive coach and he's not great at adapting so now we're stuck with a team in Minnesota who can't defend and the offense isn't creative enough to get the best out of his talent.

Pringles has his flaws but you're pretty much guaranteed a top 5-10 offense with him.
