Are they starving though? I rarely ever hear an Xbox owner where that's their primary platform complain about having no games to play. Their Game Pass service releases games weekly that they don't have to pay anything extra to play. The only way you get to starving is if you exclude everything but AAA flagship titles. Even then they're due to get Deathloop in the not too distant future which was a GOTY candidate and winner.
Most of the people I hear complain about Xbox games don't own one and likely wouldn't ever buy one.
