this brother executed for one reason alone and that is because the far right republican conservative governor of missouri refused to halt this execution despite pleas from the victim family and the prosecutor in the case. The republican supreme court voted to allow the execution to go ahead in a 6-3 vote every single republican appointed judge voted to kill this person , every single Liberal democratic appointed judge voted to halt the execution. This are the stakes folks. If the supreme court was a liberal and democratic majority this man would br alive right now .
