Wow, not surprising since the Criminal Injustice System is not about facts, evidence and justice. It's the new plantation and black people are not guaranteed fair play in the slightest.

All this unnecessary and inconsequential bickering between the genders and different groups (foreign & domestic), while the historical enemy of ALL of us is continuing wreaking havoc on the innocent, is truly a sad sight to see. That said and because I haven't completely read the case files, were there any other suspects? Was this case elevated to any high courts? Is there anything here that could've been deemed unconstitutional? I'll edit this post as gather information. If he truly is innocent, this is another travesty in the "greatest" country and the "best deal" we and our ancestors could've gotten.
