Certain people are ONLY HC/DC coordinating material and NOTHING more.

Bud Foster and Kirby Smart haven't made that HC leap for nothing. Kiffin and Muschamp peaks are as coordinators, not HC's and especially not a big time program.

Cs.. growing up near usc and seeing this first hand just like other sports, these white assistants usually get jobs easier off the back of what a great coach has done and these ADs think that since u work under pete Carroll or say nick saban then u know what u are doing..

Doesn't work for black college coaches unless they actually won a championship or been in a title game almost every year
