Overcooked steak stays in your digestive system longer than rare meat, as a weightlifter, I dont like that shyt...... Plus the flavor in rare meat is just :blessed:

Chablis is nice if you like Chardonnay minus the oakiness of the us sort. I actually do like a lot of wine from burgundy red and white. But that wine in no way shape or form goes well w the richness of a properly cooked steak. I mean I get the whole stuntin for the Coli schtick but at least open the right wine.

Edit- just realized you said medium well. Drink whatever you want you already overcooked the steak anyway :manny:
