Problem is it depends, You sue someone with hundreds of millions or someone not in the limelight and they fight the case and it might get thrown out so the threat on someone on the come up is the best target.
It seems like he’s thinking that it will play out like this Puff has the discovery so he knows who’s gonna accuse him and no more superseding indictments came out even though the feds promised them so they got the cassie case but where’s all the others?

With the Adams case like 8 Lawyers resigned in Protest obviously there’s hundreds of Lawyers in the Southern District but if Adams can get out of his case. why stick around in the feds? Why not just go straight to a white shoe firm and make bank?
Obviously the Feds who brought the case wanted to stop weird shyt in the industry in the wake of the Cosby and Kellz cases maybe by the time Puff goes to trial no one will give a fukk.
