People were upset he wasn’t in the Main Event scene his last year in WWE:manny:

And just look at him mans should be no less than World Champion right now with Swerve chasing him that’s the Television people want to see

Matter of fact if this was WWE we all know what type of narrative would be going around if he was in this same situation

He came into AEW with world title programs already in progress and probably planned throughout the year. They’re not about to scratch all that away just to put the title on bro. Y’all gotta be realistic. That never happens.

Let him get a year under his belt at least. Jesus Christ.

And when that year passes and he’s not in the main event scene then what?

Jon Moxley joined AEW and got an immediate world title program with Jericho. Christian, Daniel Bryan, Adam Copeland, etc. signed with AEW & went straight to the main event, too. Guys joining companies as main eventers doesn't just happen in AEW, either. CM Punk & Cody Rhodes were main eventers before the ink dried on their contracts. Ric Flair joined the WWF as the "Real World Champion". It happens pretty often.
That said, why should Bobby Lashley (who was a more recent world champ than any of those guys, and FAR more believable) have to play the chitlin' circuit for a year before he moves into the main event? He belongs at the top of the card.

If that title isn’t mangled or defaced in someway way by time we actually seen it (which has been 7 months):beli:
If Tony Khan actually let Moxley keep the belt, then it's probably sitting on some pawn shop shelf in Ohio. I wouldn't be surprised if that belt was used to pay for a couple cases of Natty Ice and a carton of Marlboro reds.

We’re ignoring that the hurt syndicate and MJF angle is like one of if not thee premier angle in the company right now. Look at Punk, besides a mania night 1 main event he’s been in the undercard for almost the entirety of his WWE return and hasn’t touched a world title. His angles are still usually the premier angle of whatever show he’s on.

The way I see it, being featured in a prime spot doesn’t always mean wrestling for the world title. That’s a very surface level way or viewing pro wrestling. When Lashley isn’t on tv and doing c level collision stuff, then yall can have the fake concern.

But yall know this lol.. ya’ll just trying to match the complaints people had about his WWE run on some “ahaaa” gotcha shyt lol
