I think Parker was finished as a top flight point guard in 2013 when they lost the Finals to the Heat. I know he suffered some type of injury in the latter part of that series and he never recovered from it to get back to his previous form. But considering he has been in the league since he was 19 then this should be expected. Still has had a great career and his headed straight to the Hall after he retires.
