Real shyt. It reminds me of those "what would you do" segments on 60 minutes. Whenever something bad was happening black people either chilled at a safe distance and didn't get involved, or they'd speak out. Cacs on average would escalate the situation or sit right next to what's happening watching and doing nothing the whole time.
