Took Uber for the first time this week

Had to take it 3 times cause my car broke down in the cold


First two insisted on me sitting in the front seat

Third one literally opened the back door as I was approaching the car


One of them had a note that "They have great reviews and is great for conversation"

My first thought on it, ehh it wasn't bad. Might never use it again though

I use uber and lyft alot. People that want you to sit in the front in my experience have had a bad issue in the past . Here's a tip if you have a cashapp card you get 10% off lyft.

Uber is GOAT if you wanna go out drinking or if you live in an area where it's hard to find parking.

I had this old Latino dude as my driver a few weeks back. He seemed cool at first. However, I happened to be looking at my bank account the next morning, and I was charged $32.00 for what was supposed to be a $4.00 ride. I will say that Uber customer service was great. You can text customer support through the app, and they are very responsive. They quickly figured out that the driver did not turn off the trip when he dropped me at my destination. They refunded my money immediately.

Some people change their destination after ordering the trip... so it keeps running. He has to manually end the trip.

I use ubers and lyfts all the time. I tell them all they suckers for losing money and beating they car up for $1.50hr before tax
