Atleast they worked for me. If Oraljel ain't working then your shyt might be too fukked up. But generally speaking if you suck on enough coughdrops (like 2), the menthol in them act as a numbing agent.

I had a tonsil ache for 2 weeks, it hurt to eat and drink. Tylenol/Advil didn't work.
I feel so much sympathy for anyone with dental problems... Hope you get that fixed
Please go to the dentist. Toothache's can turn into something very serious if you don't get it taken care of early. Also, brush two times a day, get some mouthwash and floss. If you can good daily hygiene habits you can save yourself a lot of trouble in the long run.
only thing that works for a tooth ache is vicodin. i got oxy for a tooth ache, did nothing!
i don't take pain killers or drugs but a few months ago had the worst tooth ache of my life, the absolute worst pain i've ever felt. i was on my floor curled in a ball crying with an ice pack to my face. the only thing that "relieved" some of the pain was room temperature water. went to the hospital cause i was so desperate for some relief they gave me some oxy and sent me on my way. it worked for not even 2 hours before i was back in pain. i'm surprised i even fell asleep. next day i was at the dentist in tears from the pain like "hurry up and pull this bytch out!" i've never felt more relief in my life

Mix salt with warm water and then swirl it in your mouth. This was the only thing that worked for me, and it worked instantly.

yo u ever have these moments where someone on the coli posts an exact scenario thats happening to u at the same time? my tooth is hurting also.
Did the pain happen gradually? Or did it suddenly become unbearable?
i knew i had a cavity but didn't realize it was that bad it just happened one day when i was at work went from 0-100 like nothing. the longer i had it the worst i felt. from 3 pm on a friday until 1pm the next day i got it pulled
I was fine yesterday, then in the evening just started hurting and hurting, nearest emergency dental closed at 12am. Just been popping advil liquid gel to numb the pain. Even touching the tooth hurts like hell, another 1.15 hours to go
