Whoever has good levels of melanin, good diet, and/or good hygiene. If your family comes from the Caucus Mountains, you lack all three and age like milk in the desert.
Indians have awful hygieneI think it's more than that, I think its also greasy skin or skin with moisture in addition to melanin. Indians have tons of melanin, and so do alot of latin Americans.
Blk skin has the most moisture
This is a falacy in America.Black people age the best and the rest is luck.
Food is where black people lose. At our ideal self , black people age well. But very few of us hit the ideal standard in 2025.Whoever has good levels of melanin, good diet, and/or good hygiene. If your family comes from the Caucus Mountains, you lack all three and age like milk in the desert.

Speak for your self hating self and familyThis is a falacy in America.
I'd agree with you in the Caribbean or Africa , but food and lack of exercise has decimated our ability to age well in America. It's pretty much over for most of us by 40 if you look at statistics. Our genes and youth do incredibly well to mask this weight issue early in life but there is only so much they can do.With our obesity rates at atrocious levels among our middle aged and elderly population , we have nothing to be proud of as we age.
And the worst part about this is that it's not just a cosmetic issue. Our old people die at embarrassing rates from heart, disease, diabetes, strokes, etc relative to every single other race in America.

We have a horrible habit of seeing a Viola Davis or Kelis or Halle Berry or Denzel and assuming they are representative of our older population. But they are extreme outliers and weight has single handedly ensured that almost half our older population is washed.
