Not best rap group thread, although your first albums do kind of set the bar for that, but question is the Top 5 Rap Groups in Terms of their 1st 3 Albums.

Wu Tang is my favorite group, but the 3rd group project, The W, was a let down...

EPMD has the most influence of all, look at all the breaks and samples that Sermon got to first its crazy. Dre, Quik, Easy Mo...too many to name. now some of it was a bit before my time, but they have to get mentioned
