FREDDIE GIBBS & MADLIB - COCAINE PINATA - THIS IS NO 'MADVILLAINY' BUT THE BFG DOES HIS THING ON THIS ONE..THE ALBUM REALLY SHOWED DIVERSITY IN GIBBS STYLE; BUT NOT AS POTENT AS 'BABYFACEKILLER' IMO...BUT ITS HARD TO DENY GIBBS' LYRICAL INCLINE WITH TRACKS LIKE ''DEEPER'' & "BROKEN"

FUTURE - HONEST - ALOT OF NEGATIVITY GETS THROWN IN THIS GUY'S DIRECTION BUT WITH THIS ALBUM....HE PROVED THAT HE IS THE FUTURE... NOT A BAD SONG ON THE ALBUM..."SIDE EFFECTS" IS MY LEAST FAVE....MOST NOTABLE TRACK FOR ME IS "SPECIAL"...THE BEAT...THE HOOK....THE FORMAT...SALUTE TO AN AMAZING ALBUM

CURREN$Y - DRIVE-IN THEATRE - MY MAN $PITTA IS ARGUABLY THE MOST CONSISTENT RAPPER IN THE GAME & HE DELIVERS HEAT AGAIN WITH THIS JOINT...HOWEVER......I FEEL LIKE HIS CREATIVITY IS STARTING TO WAIN...WE PRETTY MUCH KNOW HOW EVERY SONG FROM DUDE IS GONNA PLAY OUT...WEED TALK...CAR TALK...A TRACK OR TWO FOR THE LADIES...&ALOT OF DISTANT MUMBLES DROWNED IN REVERB....I THINK IT MAY BE TIME FOR A MORE ABSTRACT PROJECT FROM DUDE.....CC2 ANYONE?

this year has been the woat of the 2010s so far, I'm anticipating the new Nas, Kendrick, Lupe, soul, .. shyt I'm anticipating a lot of albums but nothing really stellar has been released this year as of yet

cilvia demo - consistent for the most part all the way through, traditional while still a little adventurous, introduced us to someone with a distinct ear for music and his own vibe. initially I wrote it off as a bit monotonous and thought it dragged. Over time almost each and every song has grown on me. Beautiful release. A lot of what went into that album from both a sonic and lyrical perspective went over people's head's. It's airy but dense simultaneously

my krazy life - this was just fun beginning to end. mustard is killing the clubs and a lot of it is on some more rnb shyt be he absolutely killed the production on here. minimalist production succeeding, bringing a regional aesthetic to the forefront with nice little homage in certain places too. yg passable lyrically/flow wise, by modern standards.

pinata - I waited years for this and it disappointed a little compared to my hype for it, but it was still pretty solid

oxy and mastermind were doo doo

can't really name much else for now. my taste is probably a lot different then most people on here. tons of single songs I liked not many full projects
