But it's like this... Delaware is a small state and goes under the radar as being a boring-azz state. And, that's mainly true.
But, the city of Wilmington is an American city... and ballers are ballin'... dealers are dealing... and cops are busy with everything that goes along with that... they make Toronto look like a country town with one gas station.

Anyway, Toronto is a nice city to visit. I do feel relatively safe when I am there.
