Torrents and hiding IPs

Can someone put me on to good sites to use for either proxies or another way of hiding myself from my ISP? I'm on the warning track with them already for downloading some HBO stuff so just want to make sure they don't keep sending me letters. I use Transmission for Mac as my client and usually get the files off kat.ph (KickAss Torrents)

It's a long detailed report/summary of all the different VPN providers that can be 'trusted'. If you don't want the letters and shyt VPN is your best choice, proxies can be easily tracked. I use proxies to bypass netflix youtube etc region locking content.

No slowdowns either, then again my internet is kind of slow in the first place
