“Suppressed” by who? Tory’s team suppressed their own evidence for arguments they didn’t even attempt to make in court because they’re laughably stupid? Those records (preliminary reports from an ER doctor the night of the shooting) were made available from the jump and Tory’s defense had every opportunity to bring them to ACTUAL TRIAL if they so chose to…but they didn’t because later more thorough and accurate medical findings were conducted, she had surgery to have bullet fragments removed, and the defense would look like fukking idiots when within 30 seconds of cross examination the ER doctor explains his documentation was preliminary and more focused on emergency treatment than pin pointing the exact cause of injury…and defers to the doctor that literally pulled bullet fragments out her foot
