So them not filing a new appeal yet with the sparkling new evidence basically three weeks after the stabbing but having a website ready to go and press conference doesn't seem weird too you? That's before just looking at the page and seeing all the red flags like petitions and asking for a pardon and the lies. Yes in 2024 and it was immediately denied. That wasn't with this new smoking gun they claimed to have in the press conference and they said they will refile. If he accidentally shot her , while in the process of trying to stop her from getting shot and she knows that, that's pure evil to pretend like it was intentional. Now if he accidentally shot her but she wrongfully thinks it was intentional that's different. My personal theory: I 100% think Tory, in a drunken stupor, shot 4 or 5 times at the ground in her general vicinity on some cartoon shyt…not intending to actually shoot her, but as an act of intimidation…and that one or multiple of the bullets ricocheted, fractured and hit her.

Nothing that happened in the actual trial painted him as person that was innocent fighting for his freedom. The idea that he wrestled a gun away from Kelsey and accidentally fired shots that hit Megan, got pulled over, arrested for having the gun in his possession, sat in jail, a couple of hours later called the person that ostensibly is the reason he’s locked up and APOLOGIZED to her and told her to tell Megan (because he knew she would never talk to him again) he never would’ve did anything like he did last night but he was just so drunk, went to trial, sat and watched evidence presented in court of Kelsey texting as plain as the day is long: “HELP. TORY JUST SHOT MEGAN” , saw Megan hop on the stand and say TORY SHOT ME, had his own star defense witness hop on stand on the stand and THE LITTLE GUY SHOT HER, and he refused to take the stand and give his version of events because of an adherence to the “no snitching” street code and wanting to protect Kelsey who not only is on the record flat out saying he shot Megan but ALREADY HAD IMMUNITY ANYWAY…is fukking laughable and requires a suspension of common sense, a complete lack of understanding of any and every concept of human self preservation, and the total absence of intuitive “street smarts”… add that to the clown show they’re doing with the website, the publicity stunts, the social media narrative manipulation …and I just cant wrap my mind around how we have grown ass men still entertaining this shyt

The appeal is pending and the “new affidavit” from Kelsey’s bodyguard was actually submitted late last year in appellate court. You may be referring to his bail appeal being denied. I’ve answered everything anyone’s asked me 2000 times in here, forgive me for not replying to rehashing of stuff I’ve already answered lol

Yes because that's makes no sense. If Kelsey is the cause of the situation why would Meg and Kelsey pin it on him while they were beefing?
