8 years would be my guess. Not pleading guilty, failing to show remorse, breaking the terms of his bail, beating up August will hurt him.
Hard to argue that he's shown remorse, isn't likely to reoffend and benefits the community.

Thats crazy his own witness threw him under the bus as being the shooter like what in the hell was his defense attorneys thinking you would have thought they would have been hands on with his case. If you ever facing criminal charges remember no one knows more about your case but you not your attorney you need to stay hands on and make sure everything is in line to have the best chance of an acquittal nothing is guaranteed but at least do your best.

This gender war thing really did him in. In a typical case—-with two people who actually rode together—-this probably doesn’t even go to court or at worst he gets a year or so suspended
But now it’s attached to metoo and ‘protect black women’ and who knows that type of power play/cancel culture behind the scenes. He could be in trouble

If he and his team really believes all the bs about Rocnation and other conspiracies wouldn't it behoove him to throw himself at the mercy of the court? Admit wrongdoing in exchange for a light sentence?
