His defense team is trash. Just from loosely paying attention, Tory thought by not accusing anyone else and also not taking accountability for shooting the gun, the lack of evidence would get the case tossed out. I just remember how confusing the testimonies were when this was happening, this also makes a lot more sense as to why he didn't want to testify himself. Had he got on the stand, he would have looked fukking crazy trying to play this game while being asked direct questions.
Regardless, this is worthy of FML and When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong HOF honors. Dumbest shyt I can think of for the sake of not being labeled a "snitch" and for "protecting black women"
