Now his dad is back to the “she wasn’t shot” angle while Tory is saying that Kelsey shot her.
In between these prayer session they need to have a meeting and get their stories together.

There is no evidence she was shot. The Doctor said the injury was likely glass that cut her which was in the LA Times right before Meg came out and said Tory shot her. No bullet fragments have ever been presented. So there's no proof she was actually shot.
Also, They aren't saying Kelsey shot Meg. They are saying Kelsey fired the gun which most likely didn't even hit Meg because there's no proof.
The story has been pretty much the same. Tory has a gag order too so that's not helping either.

The doctor that removed the bullets testified to removing bullet fragments from her feet.
The X-rays showing the bullet fragments in her foot were shown in court.
On Thursday, prosecutors called to the stand Dr. Lee Haruno, chief resident in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's orthopedic surgery department, who explained x-rays of Megan's injuries and said surgery was necessary when she came into the hospital the day of the shooting.
On Megan's left foot, two "metallic foreign bodies" were visible on the outside of her heel bone, Haruno said. Megan was missing the top layer of her skin on this foot, as seen in images she posted and then deleted online, making for a "complex wound closure," Haruno said.
On her right foot, those same "metallic foreign bodies" were present "in soft tissues of the heel bone," otherwise referred to as her Achilles, Haruno said.
In each of the images, there were dozens of specks depicted, showing tiny bullet fragments that the surgeons were not able to remove.
"When foreign bodies are that small, it often causes more harm to try to remove them," Haruno told the court, adding that small fragments still remain in Megan's feet today. On Tuesday, Megan testified she still experiences pain and nerve damage in both feet, and has lost feeling in the left side of her foot.
"It is likely that metallic object in that location can cause persistent pain," Haruno said.”

No doctor EVER testified to her stepping on glass. It was testified to that Meg initially told them she stepped on glass to protect Tory. But the X-rays and the doctor all testified to her having bullet fragments in her feet.

And two "metallic foreign bodies" doesn't mean it's 100% bullet fragments, but I'm no expert. I just heard there's no actual bullet fragments to prove it cause they "lost" the evidence
