7. An alien came down and slowed down time and shot Meg.
8. That is who the witness saw holding the gun, not Tory. They both little.
9. The driver vanished because he wasnt trying to get probed, so he didnt want to say anything.
10. Meg also saw the alien. That's why she didnt say who it is at first. After all the pressure from the media about the shooting, knowing no one would believe her if she told the truth and looking for revenge on Tory, she blamed him.
