The 10 years is for taking it to trial and wasting time after refusing the plea deal for 4 years. He was facing like 20 plus. That's usually what happens when a plea deal is refused and the prosecution has a good case and you dont beat the case.

On top of all the stupid shyt he was doing during the trial, like fighting/acting like he was fighting august alsina. He probably wouldve been out by now chillin in Cananda if he took the deal.
