His punishment is the prison sentence. What happens to him while incarcerated is irrelevant as to whether he should be released or not.

If a rapist gets sentenced to prison and in turn gets raped while incarcerated does anyone try to make the argument that he’s been “punished” enough?

He should only be released if proof comes forward that he didn’t shoot Megan. As it stands, the victim, Megan herself, said he shot her. One of the star witnesses for the DEFENSE said he fired the gun. Tory himself didn’t testify in his own defense AND he made PUBLIC statements indicating that the only other probable suspect didn’t shoot Megan.

So as it stands, Tory is right where he belongs.

I don't wish cancer on anyone, but if Derek Chauvin got Cancer mid sentence, I don't think he should be released. He should get his cancer treatment, but still needs to do his time.

Exactly, neither of these 2 men are actually taking accountability for the crimes they committed. Definitely not comparing the 2 . But yea if you don’t feel bad about what you did.
