Tory Lanez signed to Dutch record label? Wtf

So, Top Notch is the biggest urban music label in the Netherlands. I'm just browsing through my facebook and all of a sudden I see a advertise/post from them promoting Tory's upcoming album...so I check and he is actually on the site listed as a signed artist

Pretty random, they are a big label over here, but thats in the Netherlands, far as I know they only signed some Belgium acts before, nothing overseas or anything
