The witness in that audio is the same witness that testified in court. The audio was played in court and he was questioned about the audio.

The video of Meg saying she stepped on glass is old news. Thats been out publicly since before Tory even got arrested.

That same witness said something completely different to the police initially. He flat out said the girl was shooting first. Too much weird shyt happened during this trial. Damn near every person who got on that stand either lied, plead the fifth, or switched their story up on the stand except the makeup artist. shyt was a circus.

A mistrial for what? A unreliable witness isnt grounds for a mistrial.

He was TORY’s star witness. They didn’t have to call that man to the stand. If anything it shows how little Tory’s lawyers had to work with that they though this man was their best strategy for an acquittal.
