For me, it's the 07 Giants followed by the 1990 Giants

Obviously you can't say enough positive shyt about the 07 Giants beating the 13-3 Cowboys, 13-3 Packers, and 16-0 Patriots, all on the road as underdogs

But let's not forget about the 1990 Giants beating the 11-5 Bears, the 14-2 49ers on the road (who were on the verge of a 3 peat), and the 13-3 Bills (who are considered a top 5 team that didn't win it all and were favored by 7), all with their backup QB who had no experience after 7 years in the league

in recent times that 2012 ravens run was pretty tough...didnt they shyt the bed in their last 5-6 games of that season before going on that run..beat a colts team that was still competent and good..that gritty ass game with the broncos..coming back from behind against the pats and holding off the late surge from kaep and the niners in the super bowl

Ravens went through Luck, Manning at home, Brady at home & a red hot Kaep. That was impressive:salute: Has anybody else beat Brady & Peyton at their places in the same playoffs?

Yeah the ravens started 9-2 that year while dealing with an avalanche of major injuries. Suggs tore his Achilles’ tendon in the offseason, Ed Reed was dealing with shoulder and neck issues, Ray Lewis tore his tricep after 6 games and all pro corner Lardarius Webb tore his acl that same game. At no point all season did they have their 5 best defensive players on the field at once. Then the schedule caught up to them and they finished 10-6 after sandbagging game 16 to rest the starters. Beat the top two seeds in the conference to reach the big game. I think the only other teams to do that were the 2005 Steelers and 2007 giants.

Mark Sanchez of all people did it in 2010
Yeah that shyt kills me every time I think about it. Garbage ass Joe Flacco and Mark Sanchez are the only two to do it :dead:

That tells u that qbs get too much hype for wins. But we all know why the ravens and jets won those games and it had little to do with the qbs (although Flacco did go on a tear that playoff run)

Both of them actually played fantastic those games is the funny thing. Their entire careers besides the 2012 playoffs for joe and 2009 afc title game and the 2010 playoffs for Sanchez ranged between average and awful, but for some reason they had a few great playoff games in a row like that.

The 05 Steelers. 1st wildcard team to win it all.

Beat a very hot Bengals team that had Ocho Cinco, Tj Housh, Carson Palmer, Chris Henry (rip:rip:)

Carson got hurt early on:wow:.

Then we had to beat Peyton Manning in his home stadium. Bettis almost fukked it all up tho:picard:.

Then had to travel to Denver and beat a very good Denver team. Then :troll: the Seahawks in Superbowl XL.

They were the first 6 seed to win it. Pretty sure the 1997 Broncos were the first wild card, and the 2000 ravens didn’t win their division either
