I always thought that ADOS/FBA should be trying to build economic relationships with South Americans instead of always focusing on Africa.

It makes sense, logistically. Plus, most (if not all) South American Black power movements, were directly inspired by ours. So the socio-political connection is there. My only concern is the language barrier. Spanish is a lil easier to learn than Portuguese. (imo)
