Trails Beyond the Horizon coming Fall 2025 (PS5, PC, Switch)

This is really Trails Into Daybreak III with a different name. Thought it should have its own thread instead of piggybacking on Sky FC remake’s thread.



2025 seems to be the year of the Trails series.

Finally completed Daybreak II so I'm ready for this. Daybreak II was the most 7.5 game I've played in a long time but I'm interested to get to whatever the hell Roy Gramheart is gonna do.

He has to be an antagonist. He's a charismatic male in a position of power in a Trails game. The Blood and Iron Chancellor and the multiple governors of Crossbell suggest he can't not be an antagonist.

Roy definitely questionable no matter how good his motives are. Beat this using the translation patch on pc. But definitely excited to run it back in english

I don't have any extra knowledge but I can almost guarantee he's going to end up an antagonist like Osborne, Dieter, and Rufus before him. It's just what the series does. He has too much charm way more than any of them. Also he has an agreement with the grandmaster that whatever he's planning they won't meddle in.

I know it has something to do with going to space from the description of the game but in the Cold Steel IV McBurn fight they confirmed they can't leave the continent so can't wait to see how that works out.

I beat the first one,it was solid, the ending or last chapter was meh...taking a break gotta beat expedition 33 and then death stranding 2..Soo probably gonna play this one early 2026 at the earliest

Tbh considering a year after the last game is still something every Trails fan would take. The years of being 2-3 years behind are finally over

I should get back to franchise. Haven't played anything since the fan translation of Kuro 1

Too close to Sky 1st. Never made sense for both to release in Fall 2025.
