Many of us have seen / been thru some crazy shyt as a kid and those events have either scarred us or somehow effected how me live our lives moving forward. Some of us may have fears that we still have from child hood. Feel free to share. Here's my story. When I was 9 years old I was ridin in the car with my auntie. I had one of them aunties that would cuss a mufukka out at the drop of a hat. She was loud and 2be honest hood as hell. So we ridin in the car and some white dude cut her off with his car forcing her to slam on the brakes so she didn't hit his car.

My auntie rolled up on the side of his car and started honkin her horn and cussin him out like crazy. Mind u, I'm in the passenger seat. This crazy mofo, some old white dude lookin like a hells angel member. Pulled out a pistol and pointed it right at me. He was like "bytch u wana die!!!" I was speechless, :merchant: I thought it was over for us. But dude put the gun down and sped off! Lookin down thebarrel of a gun is a helpless feelin. :sadcam:

So to this day, I don't be on that road rage shyt. Even tho I'm a big nikka, and cud scrap wth thebest of em. U never know who is strapped and ready to blow yourhead off over some simple road rage bullshyt. I ride in my whip and get to where I'm goin

Being babysat by someone who took PCP while babysitting. This clown starts trashing his own apartment. It felt like forever unlocking that door. Got out of their unscathed but that was my first brush with the demonic.

Seen the Feds run up on my cousin in my Grandma's basement.

Dude was a East Cleveland boss, had plenty money, all the females, hella respect.

Then he went to jail and was forgotten, his potnas still showed love for him in the streets but never went to see him and sh!t.

I knew then that Drug Dealer would never be my primary occupation regardless of how dope the shyt looked from the outside. I sold a lil weed but I never got seriously invoovled with that even though I had plenty of chances.. not worth it.

Didn't happen to me personally but when I was 7 I watched some dude get shot to death while I was in a McDonalds drive thru waiting for a happy meal... That taught me about death real quick and the fact that I don't have control over when I will live or die... It effects me today because I enjoy and savor every breath I am blessed with...

People give me the :what: face when im sitting there with my eyes closed savoring a bite of some regular ass food, or breathing in some shytty city air... Im like :noah:

It also taught me to have good aim:ehh:

:what: you either watched someone get killed or you didn't ? We obviously know it wasnt you that got shot to death, so whats the deal with "it didn't happen to me personally" ?

I've seen Lord deliver me from so much BS in my youth.

This one doesn't qualify because I was older, but it did affect me. When I was 19 me and a few homies used to throw house parties & other events for profit. Well we threw this one house party at a homies house in a relatively mild gang neighborhood. The party was in the garage facing the street and it was packed like sardines in there. The garage door was closed so you couldn't see in. Well of course some rival gang nikkas end up shooting up the party. Most of the bullets hit random parts of the house, but one did go through the garage door, travel through the whole party, and into the wall on the other side of the garage. The bullet when through one of my good friend's fitted which was sitting high on his head. He got nothing more than a scratch and the bullet found a way to miss everybody else in that packed garage. When the party was over, me and my boys marveled at what had went down. Man I was thanking the Lord from the bottom of my heart.

No more throwing house parties for me after that.
