South Korea had the worst dressers to me but that’s not really fair for me to say since I’m not a part of that culture. Their drip is their drip.

But Cleveland had the worst dressers of anywhere I lived near. Harlem probably the best.

Copenhagen hands down…everybody was dressed crisp and the coat and scarf game was just unbelievable.
