We'd be blaming ados culture, not poverty.

It is their culture. Africans are generally poorer but they don't really do doing as much strong arm robberies and murder like this.

Not saying that nikkas don't get robbed and clapped in Africa they do but as a foreigner you'd have to damn near go out of your way to get robbed.
They just rolled up a gang of nikkas robbing and stabbing people in Mombasa. Meanwhile in Medellin it's too many to stop.

All countries are open to tourism. It's the easier way for a country to make money.

That being said you go to Mexico in one of those Plaza areas.... You might be mistaken for a haitian migrant and be hemmed up.

That being said generally speaking the average savage in Mexico would be afraid to put hands on you because they fear FBI retaliation.

But smarter goons know that depending on where you are you're considered to be on your own and might be dissappeared in a vat of acid.

A common occurrence I hear about is someone having a good experience in [insert tourist spot in Mexico] and then going to a random Mexican city with the same expectation. When your safety outside of the tourist hubs is on a way different level.

Why are Americans fascinated with visiting nations in which poverty is endemic and a direct result our government’s foreign policy? I don’t visit third world nations. I will gladly indulge in the bratwurst of Germany or the fish and chips of England before I step one foot in South America.

My main point is in Africa (outside of South Africa) there's no real violent organized crime. I'm not sure why that is bit it's generally not.

I'm havent been to any Cali hoods but from what I've seen it's nothing like Kibera in Nairobi. Yet foreigner or local can't really wear gold in Colombia without Goonies on deck.
