He is too slight to keep up 100+ snaps per game though. A 185 pound person won't be able to keep this up through the entire season.

If they get up two possessions they need to let him rest on one side of the ball.

This was one of the harder games on their schedule he had to play both sides. I'm sure he'll get a lot of rest when they play scrubs. Breh wasn't even tired after the game, he built different

Doubt he'll play that much on offense, but I'm sure he's also trying to play as many offensive snaps as he can so he can make a case to be in the heisman conversation as the season goes on.

Dude is only 20 and clearly can handle it. I say keep that shyt up and rack up accolades until you are draft eligible and let your draft stock go through the roof

Once he gets in the NFL, he wont be playing on both sides of the ball anyway.

Yeah idk how to feel about this. Obviously selfish me wants to see him play every down. On the one hand you wanna let him do him but on the other hand when do you protect them from themselves? He’s increasing the likelihood of suffering a major injury by a decent magnitude.

That was game #1 of a new era against an opponent who was in the national championship last season. Unique set of circumstances, they're not gonna run him into the ground doing that every week.

I think he’ll do less work against worse competition. He might not do as much next week cause he won’t have to.

Same thing they told Shohei :manny:

No reason he can't be '96 Deion, when he had almost 500 yards receiving

And, let's say he's having a Heisman Trophy caliber season with three weeks to go. If Deion decides to play him only on one side of the ball, the same people complaining about him playing "too much" (one game) right now will be the same saying Deion is costing him a Heisman Trophy chance by not playing him enough.

Too grueling and too much contact for the NFL to do that. Dude going to be good though as whatever a team may need primarily though on that side of the ball, so there's a nice degree of versatility for a team in the top 5 that don't need a QB or don't get the #1 pick.

Most likely CB though at the next level because a shutdown corner don't come around often, especially one who can make difficult catches. The last one I can think of was Antonio Cromartie, but this guy's cover skills are on another tier.

These players today really something else man.

Deion I think was able to do it because he was significantly a tier or two of an agile athlete more than everybody during his era.

That won't be the case at the next level in the modern NFL. It different to do that to Jalen Ramsey and Cooper Kupp/Tyreek Hill up and down the field.

This right here though for the whole college season
