They've been playing him off ball but they're probably just gonna trade him in the offseason. He was Phil's pick and the new regime doesn't seem that enamored with him.

Knicks have some options. They got a nice draft pick and some tradable pieces.

Whoever they keep whether it be Burke or Frank should be good depending on the draft pick

All I know is Mudiay gotta go. He ain’t their future PG and he can’t shoot

Burke playing well means nothing to Frank’s future. It’s Mudiay who is gone:camby:

Mudiay started 14 games and was horrible. He was given every chance to prove himself and failed.

Burke can be the stopgap PG while Frank develops and eventually transition into 6th man which is most likely his role long term. Like Terry Rozier or TJ McConnell.

Whatever his position I’m just hoping Frank can be another Greek Freak type player in 3 years

Trey Burke's Per 36 stats over 29 games with the Knicks:
23.2 PPG 3.3 RPG 7.6 APG 53% FG 38% 3PT

Kid's been hooping ever since they brought him up from the GLeague.
