I honestly wanna know what YOU think the process is like for a victim to 'file criminal charges' in a sexual assault case.

Three young cats in Texas are facing multiple murder and kidnapping charges for the beating death of the man who raped their little sister for years even though that man (their stepfather and HER bio father) already had warrants out for his rape/molestation of a whole different little girl...yet the police did nothing.

In Ohio a former cop was just essentially given a slap on the wrist (5yrs probation) for intentionally HIDING or destroying the rape kits of female victims, especially those of minors or disabled women. Most major metropolitan PDs have a huge backlog of untested rape kits and it's widely know that girls/women are openly discouraged from filing reports or 'pressing charges' by police to this day.

But in your mind failing to secure criminal charges and instead pursuing a settlement= a bullshyt money grab?? Jesus Christ...

The process is easy upon rape go yo the police station and tell the dispatcher you would like to report your rape. Identify the rapist and the police will literally initiate the rape protocol and investigation.if she went after the rape they would initiate rape kits and collect dna as well .

You are trying to claim the reporting of a rape for criminal handling is hard and it literally is not.
