So you're comparing a rapper whose prime was in the early 90s to a rapper whose prime was in the mid 2000s? And saying they should be judged equally in terms of lyricism?

Compare Jimmy Spicer in 83 to Nas in 93. In fact, hip hop got so woat that Lil Wayne, in the mid-2000s, sounded closer to Jimmy Spicer in terms of saying basic shyt compared to Nas

Q-Tip is simple and poetic. Tribe's vibe was colorful, down-to-earth, scatterbrained and jovial. From rhymes to beats (which Tip made himself I should add).
