I dont care about Trinidad James, but you know he aint got shyt to do with the flyer right? That's the promoters job.Look man,im not defending trinidad james music at all.I dont like the shyt stain clown.never have, never will. All im sayin is if people can still do hits from the 70s-80s why even trip somebody thats doing a song semi hit song from TWO YEARS AGO?I dont like none of that dumb ass slow "trap/rap" music that sound some 10 year old ghetto ass kids ghostwrote and gave them a styles to run with.
Because that's his biggest song in those 2 years. It's really the only song he's known for.
So it's moreso that he's performing it out of necessity, because he doesn't have a long career or catalog to choose from. Whereas people from the 70s-80s have songs people will request to hear in concert, still, to this day.
Apples and oranges really.
Fred.

i dont know if yall trollin me or if yall really that fukking stupid.
If it's any consolation we feel the same way about your responses in this thread.

go back and check what you said...
that dont make any fukking since at all.your talking in circles.how is it fukking apple and oranges? Most singers or rappers dont let the crowd request a damn thing. They have a thing called a "set list" they make before a show.trinidad set list might have 8 filler songs and his main song for his last one to keep people listening till the end.Every song a artist do on stage is a damn necessity! its their gotdamn bread and butter! if its just 1 hit and the rest fillers or 15 straight hits thats what the people go to hear. The people that goes to his shows know TJ only got one hit song and if they go just to hear that one song from ONLY TWO YEARS AGO then leave....whats the problem?
Now what was your point you was trying to make?

So you're telling me that set list doesn't consist of songs the crowd obviously wants to hear? Proven songs, that will be a hit in any era they're performed in? Songs that the crowd responds to better than others?
Use some common sense man. The set list is songs the crowd has gravitated to over the artist's career. So yeah, they do request them, if not directly. And in some cases they do directly.
The point is Trinidad James doesn't have the luxury of doing that. Because he has no career. He has one song like that.
So comparing the two is retarded. You asked why people wanted to hear songs from the 70s and 80s, because they actually stood the test of time. Trinidad James is out here performing the same song 2 years running because that's literally all he has. Again, it's apples and oranges.
Fred.

muthafukkas from the 80s is still doing the same songs on stage but its a problem when somebody do a hit song from 2012?
